1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If clippers are damaged upon arrival you must contact us on that day so we can assess the problem. When you ship the clipper product back to us please send us a invoice of the cost of shipping to have shipping costs refunded after repairs shipping will be free of charge. 30 days after delivery if your clippers are damage eg. As far as your blade breaking or cord burn out clipper… repairs are free customer will have to provide new blade new cord and shipping. New blade and cord if needed can be purchased through custom clippers and repair.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the U.S. only currently, stay tuned!

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time of 30 days is to be expected due to the fact that your clipper will be hand-painted. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included at the moment for all orders with U.S. shipping destinations.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at customclipperandrepair@gmail.com.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ccandrepair@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
